Introduction:
We are going to present skit on 2 books 1 minute manager and 6 Thinking hat.
Dhaval: Book Name: One Minute Manager.

Pooja: Book Name: Six Thinking Hat
Bafna & Bafna Pvt Ltd. ( 20 Crore turnover )

Dhaval: Hello pooja ! are u busy or what ?
Pooja: No, no Please tell me.
Dhaval: What happen, are you ok ?
Pooja: Ya, I am ok.
Dhaval: Don’t lie, I can easily make out the difference,
I am your friend.
Pooja: Of course Dhaval, I am very nervous as usual.
I don’t know what to do?
Dhaval: Listen! Please don’t be nervous.

Pooja: May I come in?
Dhaval: Yes, Please come.
Please relax and tell me what’s wrong with you.
Pooja: My company is very big , employees are highly qualified, infrastructure is very good all favorable things are there in my company.
Still I am suffering loss.
Planning are not at all productive.
Dhaval: I understood what is your problem.
You know what! I have very effective and result-oriented solution over it, you won’t even belive.
Pooja: Really, oh my God

Dhaval: Don’t do anything just relax and listen to me,
Your company is very wellknown,
But your company is missing the methodology of
meeting.
Pooja: I didn’t get you.
Dhaval: Now, I will tell you the difference between traditional method of thinking & new method of thinking.
You are applying traditional method. In which a 50 employees come together and they have a 50 different point of views and the result is
you don’t get the desired output.
So in order to make your meeting productive,
You need to apply a new and dynamic method
i.e “ Six Thinking Hates.”
in this method there is only one type of thinking i.e Parallel thinking.
Pooja: “ Six Thinking Hates ”?
The name it self denote something different and I am keen to know about that method.
Dhaval: In this method there are 6 hats
1. White Hat - facts & figures
2. Red Hat - Emotions & feelings
3. Black Hat – Cautious & careful
4. Yellow Hat – +ve Speculation
5. Green Hat – Creative thinking
6. Blue Hat – Control on thinking
Pooja: I know you are talking something valuable but I am unable to understand.

In this method,
You can give command to all members of meeting to wear any hat,
E.x If you tell to all members of the meeting to wear white hat then everyone will speak on fact & figures.
Dhaval: Are you getting me?
Pooja: Ya, now am getting
Dhaval: What you understood?
Pooja: 1) Power :- Magnet is powerful because all the particles are aligned in the same direction & that is not possible incase of traditional thinking.
2) Time Saving :- We can reduce 75% time of meeting.
3) Removal of Ego :- 6 hats thinking method remove the ego. It helps to explore the subject.
4) One thing at a time :- Confusion is biggest enemy of good thinking.
We try to do many things at the same time 6 hats thinking avoid this.
